Hi, I’m Kim Liebhauser.
If you've landed here, there's a good chance someone in your life has told you who you should be, what you should want, or what success is supposed to look like for you.
I'm here to gently and firmly hand that back to them.
After 38 years in federal leadership – moving from first-line supervisor to executive with over 700 people in my charge across the West - I had thousands of one-on-one conversations. The one that mattered most were never about job performance. They were about the person sitting across from me who was stuck in their own head and couldn't get out of their own way.
My job, as I saw it, was to hold up a mirror and refuse to let them stay small.
I'm an Enneagram 8 and I've been called a Truth Teller and a Conflict Navigator - and both are accurate.
The Truth Teller part used to be more blunt than it needed to be. I've learned that truth without love and timing just lands as noise. Now I say the hard thing when it matters, in a way people can actually receive it.
The Conflict Navigator part surprises people - I don't particularly enjoy conflict. What I love is what's on the other side of it. Stronger relationships. Clearer teams. People who went through something hard together and came out more themselves. I've learned to see the way through, because what's waiting on the other side is worth it.
That's what I bring to coaching.
