Hi, I’m Kim Liebhauser.
Coach, retired leader, wife, mom, grandma, and explorer of life’s rich middle.
After 38 years in federal leadership – guiding people, solving problems, building teams, I stepped into retirement with gratitude… and a whole lot of questions.
Not just “What’s next?” but “Who am I without the title?”
“What do I actually want in this season?”
“Am I allowed to slow down and still matter?”
Instead of rushing to figure it all out, I began calling this my sabbatical season – a time to rest, reset, and rediscover parts of myself I hadn’t had space for in decades. The quiet mornings. The creative urges. The little joys. The questions that take time to answer.
As a Certified Enneagram Coach and personal growth guide, I now work with women navigating life after work – women who are craving more ease, more meaning, and more connection to who they really are (not just who they used to be).
Coaching with me isn’t about chasing the next big thing.
It’s about becoming more yourself – at your own pace.
Whether you’re rediscovering your spark, creating new rhythms, or processing change, I’m here to walk beside you with gentle questions, practical tools, and compassionate accountability.
38+ years of leadership experience in public service across the West and Washington, DC
Certified Enneagram Coach, trained in using the Enneagram for personal and professional transformation
Ongoing training in self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and values-aligned living
Lifelong learner of what it means to live a well-rooted, meaningful life
If you're in a season of transition – whether it's retirement, reinvention, or simply reimagining your next steps, I'd be honored to walk with you.
Let’s rediscover the beauty of and the richness of what’s possible.
