I spent 38 years in federal leadership — from first-line supervisor to executive leading 700+ people across a state. In that time, the conversations I loved most weren’t about strategy or performance plans. They were the ones where someone finally stopped getting in their own way.
I use the Enneagram as one of my tools — not as a label to put you in a box, but as a mirror. It helps you see the patterns you can’t see from inside them.
